• If multiple accounts are being operated.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

To deposit funds on super365, you can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The deposit amount must remain within the daily limit of your chosen payment service.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳14,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A member may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be completed first.
• If bonus misuse is suspected, super365 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

6 VIP Program and Rewards

The super365 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
